Product Quality & Returns
We accept returns for defective or substandard products within 28 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If approved, replacements will be processed within 7 calendar days, or a complete refund will be issued.
For other reasons for return, requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days and may incur a restocking fee.
CHANGE OF MIND
- A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns due to a change of mind or incorrect orders.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using registered post or tracking.
- COD returns are not accepted.
RETURN CONDITION
- All returns require prior approval and must include a Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number.
- Products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items that have been opened, marked, or altered will not be accepted.
- Custom-sourced products are non-returnable unless they are faulty or have been approved by the supplier.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Shipping fees initially incurred may not be refundable.
- MediPrompt retains the authority to impose charges for freight, handling, and restocking on all returned items.
